The Vue Hackensack

Hackensack, NJ

The Vue Hackensack represents Sutton Equity's first Class-A core+ acquisition. The asset was acquired in April of 2022 and consists of 78-Luxury units, with large layouts, and offers unique finishes to the Hackensack market. Sutton identified the quality of the asset and the growing strength of Hackensack. As is with all acquisitions, Sutton Equity will seek ways to further enhance the quality of life for the residents at The Vue.
