The portfolio was acquired from the original developer's family and ws developed in 1960's, providing ample opportunity to reposition the asset to meet the location's luxury demand. 

Sutton plans on renovating the units to luxury market rentals. As with all of our acquisitions, Sutton's goal is to improve the quality of life for it's residents.

Rose Gardens is a 32-Unit Garden Complex located in Long Branch, NJ. The property is situated 2-blocks to the beach, 1 block to the Long Branch Train Station, and in the heart of New Jersey's strongest growing shore town. The property consists of 32-1-Bedroom units, and parking in the rear.

The Vue Hackensack

The Vue Hackensack represents Sutton Equity's first Class-A core+ acquisition. The asset was acquired in April of 2022 and consists of 78-Luxury units, with large layouts, and offers unique finishes to the Hackensack market. Sutton identified the quality of the asset and the growing strength of Hackensack. As is with all acquisitions, Sutton Equity will seek ways to further enhance the quality of life for the residents at The Vue.
